Pleurocybella porrigens — Angel-wing — Marasmiaceae


Small to medium mushroom. Fan-shaped cap, smooth, white sometimes fading to cream, margin incurved, becoming wavy with age. Gills crowded, white to yellowish, decurrent if stalk present.  Stalk absent or small and stubby. Saprophytic.
 
Habitat: Shelf-like or clustered, rotting conifers, particularly Western Hemlock.

White

Season: Autumn.
